My name is Amy Griffith Anderson, owner of Arizona Lymphatic Massage.  I love helping others through this power of touch.  I grew up in Arizona, attending Valley Lutheran High School and Grand Canyon University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  Life led me to Texas, but I am happy to be back in Arizona with my two beautiful daughters and extended family. My sister passed away from breast cancer in 2009.  My mother and maternal aunt were both diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, and it is then that I learned that I was high risk for this deadly disease. I immediately chose to have a prophylactic bi-lateral mastectomy to reduce my own risk. Swelling was often an issue for me after my mastectomies.  I was a client for Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and continued with treatments before and after subsequent reconstruction operations.  The massage greatly reduced my swelling.  I never knew that this would lead to a new career for me, but I could not be happier.  I have studied under Chikly Health Institute and am a Licensed Massage Therapist.
